Unfortunately, you can not get the order, or in any other way will be dispatched from our office / warehouse.

Goods dispatched from our warehouse the same day (for weekdays) on orders made before 12.00 otherwise the item will be sent the following working day. The item should be with you within 1-3 business days when shipping companies broadcast times vary depending on place of residence. We send our goods by DHL and you can track your package via the tracking number to you by email, visit see you can track it.

We deliver in the current situation in Sweden but customers from Norway & amp; Denmark can contact Customer Service so we can try to arrange delivery to you.

All orders only within Sweden are sent free of charge. You can send it back free of charge.
We will charge you 59 SEK for processing fee of your order.
No free returns or free backorders outside of Sweden.

Unclaimed goods

Not unclaimed package will be charged actual shipping cost to the customer and return shipping. For unclaimed goods will also be a handling fee which is currently 280 SEK. Our shipping terms (see above) does not apply we may not unclaimed package.

In case you change your mind even before you had time to receive your package, you must still collect this at your local agent and then send it back to us. If the package is not collected, it will be automatically registered as an unexploded packages and billing thereafter.


If you must pick up your package at your DHL and notice upon receiving the package has a visible injury that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered, do not receive the package. Then do instead a complaint with the local representative directly and ask them to send the package back to and write the reason for returning the package. Then contact our customer service and register complaint.

Force Majeure
